Floral Design + Type B Wedding Planning

 

We believe wedding planning should feel calm, intentional, and completely centered on you. Every couple deserves to be fully present — soaking up the joy of marrying your person — while we take care of the details that bring your day to life.

We offer two signature services designed to fit where you are in your planning journey.

​

🌿 Day-of Coordination

Starts 1 month before your wedding | $1,500

Perfect for couples who have done the planning and want a professional to pull it all together so the day runs seamlessly.

What’s included:

  • Initial consultation + contract review (1 hour)

  • Vendor communication and coordination (starting 3 months out), including ensuring that Make sure the DJ, band, or emcee has the order of the bridal party and correct pronunciation of their names for any introductions and the proper announcement for the two of you.

  • Detailed timeline creation and management

  • Venue walkthrough

  • Rehearsal coordination (1 hour for rehearsal + 30 minutes to discuss any last minute items)

  • Day-of vendor coordination + logistics

  • Sign-in and detail table setup

  • On pre-set tables and chairs, place linens, name cards, and any other decor that you are DIYing.

  • ​Cue important events on the timeline

  • Ensure that you two are served dinner and that you have drinks on your table (if you have a buffet style meal)

  • Strike down and collect personal décor items setup by our team, and ensure they reach the proper and designated family member, or room.

  • Calm, experienced guidance so you can simply enjoy your day

Includes your coordinator plus one assistant for up to 8 hours on your wedding day.  Additional hours bill at $75hr.

✨ Full-Service Planning

Starting at $6,500

For couples who want a trusted partner from “Yes” to “I do.” We handle every detail — from concept to execution — so you can focus on what really matters: being in love, being present, and celebrating your story.

What’s included:

  • Everything from the above, plus

  • Venue visits and selection support

  • Vendor recommendations + quote gathering

  • Contract review and negotiation assistance

  • Budget creation and management

  • Custom planning timeline + to-do list

  • Design and styling guidance

  • Seating chart + layout assistance

  • Coordination of all logistics

  • Up to 10 hours on the day of the event for coordinating, décor setup/strike down, etc. (Additional hours $75/hr)

  • Up to 4 meetings to be used at your leisure. Can be used for finding and touring locations, vendor meetings, dress fittings, cake and catering tastings, floral selection, etc.

  • Full wedding day management from setup to send-off

🌸 Floral Design Add-On

Available for both coordination and full-service clients, our in-house floral design brings your vision to life through cohesive, natural arrangements — from lush bouquets and centerpieces to ceremony installations and statement pieces.
