We are located in the Valley Center,  CA flowering weddings all over Southern California.

How far out do I need to book?

To guarantee your date we recommend booking at least 3 months in advance.  If the wedding is approaching sooner we are more happy to work with you if the date is open!  The floral designer should be one of your first vendors to talk with after the venue is chosen. 

How much do wedding flowers cost?

Costs vary depending on flower type, style and size. The floral budget most often is between 10% - 20% of your total cost.


Are you available for my wedding/event?

The best way to inquire about availability is to email us directly at info@floraldesignsbybethany or via our contact form HERE. Please be sure to mention the event date and venue in the subject line. In the body of the email, please include an approximate guest count and a basic description of your event (wedding, corporate event, baby shower, etc). All of this information is necessary for us to determine availability!


How do I set up a wedding consultation?

Consultations are by appointment only. All in-person consultations with Bethany take place in our studio (14743 Cool Valley Road, Valley Center 92584) or at a local coffee shop in the Temecula/Murrieta area. Please email us in advance with the details of your wedding (see above) so that we can confirm availability prior to setting up a meeting. While in-person consultations are preferred, phone and Skype consultations are also an option for our clients.


How can I set up an event consultation?

Please email us in advance with the details of your event (see above) so that we can confirm availability prior to setting up a meeting. Phone consultations are usually preferred for non-wedding events (corporate events, baby showers, dinner parties, etc.) and can be scheduled during business hours.

Do you take walk-in clients?

Consultations are by appointment only.

When should I begin the process of planning my wedding flowers?

We recommend reaching out no earlier than 12 months prior to your wedding date. In order to begin the process, there must be a confirmed date, secured venue and approximate guest count. While there is no limit to how late you can reach out about wedding flowers, keep in mind that our availability is first come, first serve, and all proposals must be finalized at least two weeks prior to the wedding date.


How much does delivery/set up cost?

Your custom proposal will show an all-inclusive delivery/installation/breakdown fee. This cost is calculated based on a number of factors, including number/type of items, delivery location, number of team members needed on site, etc.
